More and more people are beginning to take back responsibility for their own health, trusting and listening to the needs of their body in order to find the most beneficial form of healing for themselves. 

Medical science estimates that upwards of 90% of disease is stress related, and can now prove that the chemistry within our cells and genes is affected by our thoughts, beliefs, and responses to stress, confirming that how we feel can actually change our emotional and physical body. 

This has enormous implications for our health. 


Whilst trying to eliminate anxiety and pressure altogether in this fast-paced world may seem idealistic, there are creative practices and natural treatments that can be powerful allies for your good health.

Many studies have found that living mindfully can significantly improve our well-being, support our good health and enhance our ability to reduce stress. This allows us to create time and opportunities for more joy, playfulness and contentment. 


All of the courses that I offer are an expression of mindfulness. When we allow ourselves more time to play, we relax into the rhythm of what we are doing in the present moment, bringing the head, heart and hands working together in a balanced, creative, empowering way. This enables us to leave worries and anxieties behind, and considerably reduce the stress and tension in our bodies.
