Living Mindfully to create the life you really want 

What does it actually mean to live life in a mindful way? For me, it means having an understanding of who I am, why I am here, and how to do what I came here to do, in the best possible way for my highest good and the highest good of all. That may seem like a pretty tall order and yet the more I am in alignment with my Self, each day, the more joyful, at ease, and contented I am.


In todays busy world, we are surrounded by the thoughts, ideas, beliefs and prejudices of others. Some may have a positive effect on us, while others can be toxic to our wellbeing. All too often, we absorb those toxic energies without realising, finding ourselves tired, overwhelmed, numb and uninspired. By taking a step back from the hustle and bustle and seeing ourselves from a different perspective, we become more informed and empowered to make changes in our lives that serve us much better. We begin to let go of those outdated ideas and beliefs that limit our possibilities of who we can be, and of what life has to offer.


8 week course.

Level One (4 weeks) 

Introduces a strong foundation on which to build our understanding about who we are, why we are here, and how we would like to shape our life.

Topics include:

  • Human Being or Spiritual Being?
  • Our energetic four-body system; flowing or stagnating energy
  • The electro-magnetic field; thoughts are electric, emotions are magnetic - what do you attract?
  • Vibrational attraction; playing with different frequencies
  • Transitioning from third dimensional living (rigid) to fifth dimensional living (flowing)      


Level Two (4 weeks)

Having a clear understanding of how we create our lives empowers us to make choices that are much more beneficial to our health on all levels.

Topics include:

  • Health
  • Wealth
  • Relationships, to self and others
  • Love and Intimacy
  • Deservability
  • Success


Throughout the 8 weeks, I will share thought provoking questions and ideas to arouse your curiosity. You will begin to re-awaken and remember your own knowledge and wisdom as you move through the course. Using your own insights, affirmations and collaged images, you will create a personal Mindful Life Book to reinforce and attract the changes you want to manifest in your mindful life.

Dates: Level one: Fridays April 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th 2019

            Level two: Fridays May 3rd, 10th, 17th, 31st  2019    


The cost of the 8 week course is £195, including all art materials, journals, printed information and refreshments.
