How to reclaim good health and wellbeing

Sometimes, we find it difficult to access or express our innermost thoughts and feelings through words alone. This is a wonderful way of painting that encourages a free flow of expression.  Using colour, shapes and mark making in an experimental way allows our intuitive self to emerge and be trusted, revealing insights and ideas and unlocking our creativity in the process.

Absolutely no experience is necessary, as I will gently guide you through your own individual journey of discovery. It is a very fun and freeing experience, allowing you to explore yourself and painting in an entirely new way.

Places are limited to 4 participants only to allow for the best experience.

“I arrived feeling tired and emotional and left feeling creative, satisfied and more energised. I liked the step-by-step teaching style and the availability of really good materials. Dawn is a very relaxed and confident teacher. The venue was perfect and I really enjoyed the amazing unfolding beauty of everyone’s work. I would absolutely recommend this course.” K.M.

“This course exceeded my expectations! It’s been amazing and so creative. I liked working on more than one project at a time. Dawn is a patient, knowledgeable and encouraging teacher. At the end of the day I felt relaxed, fulfilled, grateful and inspired. I would recommend this course 100%.” S.K.M.

“What I liked most about the day was being introduced to different painting techniques and playing with colour as we created our pictures. I enjoyed Dawn’s teaching style and really liked the venue. What I liked least was that it came to an end. I do not consider myself to be creative and I had no idea what to expect. It was better than I imagined it would /could be. I would definitely recommend it". S.M.
